Young Leaders Accelerator Program

The Arbutus Coast Young Leaders Accelerator Program is for new or aspiring leaders who want to create change in their workplaces and communities.

Leaders are facing challenges like never before, and I passionately believe in supporting a younger generation as they grow into changemakers.

Early in my career, I didn’t have the tools, resources, support, or confidence that I needed to thrive. Everything was trial and error, learning on the job – and a lot of hard lessons.

I created this program to provide young leaders with tools to build confidence and manage their careers in a sustainable way.

KEY LEARNINGS

• Be grounded in your values and defined vision

• Determine your unique value proposition 

• Discover ways to increase your visibility

• Learn specific leadership tools and templates

Schedule: 5 sessions – Dates TBD

Format: 5 participants, small group learning & coaching, delivered via Zoom

Time Commitment: Each session is one hour long, and participants can anticipate an additional 1 hour of reflective work in between sessions.

Investment: $500 (plus 5% GST)

Working within systems of oppression and hierarchical organizations that uphold racism and ableism cause so much damage. Our workplaces need to evolve.

Typically, leadership development opportunities are provided to more senior leaders – and I’d like to change that.

Because the people who are going to change the world are just getting started.
